“La Double Inconstance”
“Liebe stirbt nie”

“Singin’ in the Rain”

Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris • 15.1.16 à 20h
D’après le film de la MGM. Scénario et adaptation : Betty Comden & Adolph Green. Chansons : Nacio Herb Brown & Arthur Freed.

Mise en scène : Robert Carsen. Chorégraphie : Stephen Mear. Orchestre Pasdeloup, Stephen Betteridge. Avec Dan Burton (Don Lockwood), Daniel Crossley (Cosmo Brown), Clare Halse (Kathy Selden), Emma Kate Nelson (Lina Lamont), Robert Dauney (R. F. Simpson), Matthew Gonder (Roscoe Dexter), Emma Lindars (Dora Bailey / Miss Dinsmore), Matthew McKenna (Tenor), …

Dernière représentation dans la bonne humeur. Le public réserve des ovations appuyées aux grands numéros musicaux. Je me dis que les comédiens doivent maintenant savoir s’ils seront de l’aventure américaine (mon intuition est plutôt négative), mais ils doivent dans tous les cas ressentir un pincement à l’idée que s’achève cette aventure hors du commun.
